At home infrared saunas and traditional saunas have a tremendous amount of health benefits.  It's great to see another article detailing the upside to regular sauna baths.  Some of the benefits covered by this Art of Manliness article are reduced stress, reduced inflammation and an increase in cardiovascular health, to name a few.  With the increased negative impact the pandemic has taken on our physical and mental health, having a home sauna is an easy way to relax, de-stress and do something positive for yourself.
