FREE SHIPPING IS FOR CURBSIDE DELIVERY.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that your item is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Right now some of our suppliers are experiencing overwhelming demand for their products and some saunas are not shipping for 3-4 months. Please give us a call if you have questions or concerns.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to email@example.com and we will assist you as necessary based on the damage.
Enlighten Sauna stands behind every product we sell and want you to be 100% satisfied with your experience with us, even in the return shipping process. Before sending any item/product out, every package goes through a quality check to make sure all products leave the warehouse in perfect shape. If you are not satisfied with your Enlighten Sauna purchase, you can return it for replacement or refund. All returns must be authorized by Enlighten Sauna prior to return shipment. Simply request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) within 90 days of your invoice. Customers are responsible for all shipping/handling costs. All returns must have a tracking number to show proof of return. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. It can take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days for payment to be credited back to you from Enlighten Sauna.
If you received missing or damaged merchandise please notify Sun Valley Saunas within 48 hours of delivery in order for the issue to be resolved. Damaged items need to be kept in original packaging and our shipping department will arrange the damaged product to be picked up. Always save some sort of confirmation (tracking number, PRO number, or any sort of receipt) to obtain a full refund or exchange. If you are not completely satisfied with your new product simply return the merchandise with your invoice and we'll be 100% happy to offer a replacement, exchange, or refund providing the product is in new condition (was not used for sweating even once).

Cancellation and Returns
Buyer may cancel and return the goods to Seller, subject to the terms and conditions of this policy. Buyer shall assume all risk of loss associated with the return as well as shipping, handling, restocking and other fees, costs and expenses as described in this policy. Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and all returns must be processed within 30 days of delivery.
Seller reserves the right to refuse to refund any deposit or payment, or cancel any payment due, and any owing until such time as Seller a) is in receipt of the goods b) has inspected the goods and c) in the Sellers discretion, has found the goods to be free of damage. All refunds will be provided within 5 business days once the product has been returned to the warehouse and inspected for damage.
All returned goods must be in their original packaging. Seller may refuse to refund all or any portion of any payment, or cancel payment due and owing if the Buyer fails to fully comply with or violates the terms and conditions of this policy.
Shipping, Handling and Restocking Fees
All cancelled orders and/or returned goods shall be subject to the following: a) storage fees and costs associated with routing the goods; b) handling and restocking fee of 20% of the total purchase for each sauna; c) all shipping costs to and from the Seller; and d) a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number provided by Seller. Buyer’s failure to obtain the RMA number shall result in Seller not accepting any returned shipment and Buyer paying all costs and fees. All such costs and fees as determined by Seller shall be paid by Buyer to Seller upon demand by Seller.
Dundalk Leisurecraft does not accept any returns. All purchases are final.
You can return any SunRay Saunas item within 30 days from the shipping date when it leaves the warehouse if the item is brand new and uninstalled. The item should be in its new and original condition (including: packaging, manuals, accessories, original crate, etc.). Refunds will be processed within 3 business days from the time the return is received at the warehouse. Due to the high risk of damage when shipped back to the warehouse, you must package the product the same way you received it including any shrink wrap, tape and form. This will help prevent damages back to us. Damaged packages due to poor packaging may result in a restocking fee of up to 25%.
The customer must pay all costs related to original shipping and return shipping even if shipping was free. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and less a restocking fee of 15%.
Defective Products Policy
Please open and inspect all items once they arrive. You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to notify us of any broken or defective items. If you receive a broken or defective product please call SunRay Saunas at 1-800-976-5530. Defective or broken items will be replaced or repaired at no charge once we receive notification of the defect or damage. After 30 days, any broken or defective items will be covered under the standard SunRay Saunas warranty policy.
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours if the order has not been shipped yet. Most orders are normally shipped out within 24 hours. If you cancel the order after the order has been shipped out you will be charged the for the original and return shipping charges and any re-consignment fees imposed by the trucking company.
All canceled orders will be credited in the original form of payment used when the order was placed.
All claims for adjustments or shortages should be reported within seven (7) days of the receipt of the shipment by emailing returns@sunvalleysaunas.
When returning Hotass Saunas products for any reason, you will be assigned an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. An RGA# will be issued within 24-hours for any uninstalled, new, in-box items purchased within 90 days. Return item(s) to: Returns Center, 511 Glenn Avenue, Wheeling IL 60090. Return value subject to equipment reconditioning fee of $65.00 plus component costs.
Returned Hotass Saunas products must be properly packaged to prevent loss or damage in transit. Once the product has been received and the RGA processed, a credit will be issued.
Customers receiving freight shipments must inspect the packages and note any damages on the bill of lading at the time of delivery. Only by doing this will Hotass Saunas be able to obtain a credit on your behalf.
Shipments refused at time of delivery without prior authorization will incur a 15% restocking fee.
