Return your sauna for any reason within thirty days and we will refund you 110% of the purchase price.  You read that correctly - returning a sauna is a huge pain and we want to compensate you for your time in the event you need to return it. If you notify us within thirty days of receipt of your sauna that you want to return it we will refund you 110% of the purchase price when we receive your sauna back.

A couple of exclusions do apply: we cannot accept returns of Auroom or Dundalk Leisurecraft saunas, nor any custom sauna materials or wood. Other than that, if you don't like your sauna, heater or other product for any reason, just reach out to us and we will get your return going. 

Keep in mind, though, you are still responsible for taking down the sauna and getting it packed back up (thus the 110% money back guarantee).  We will handle getting it picked up and returned.  

We can't take returns of items after thirty days.  Even if the item sat unopened for six months we can't take it back.  

Free Insured Shipping

All orders ship free, unless you request expedited or special shipping.  If your sauna has to go on a ferry to get to an island that's on you.  Some saunas have to be offloaded by a crane or a forklift.  We do not cover the cost of offloading your sauna when it is being delivered.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail or text - whichever you decided to go with at checkout.  This means we received your order, pre-authorized your credit card or other form of payment, and are getting your order ready to ship out if it's in stock.  If your order is on backorder or out of stock we will reach back out to you to see if you want to swap it out for something else or cancel your order. It's up to you. After your order confirmation you will receive tracking info.  

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock it should ship out within a couple of days.  During the winter and holidays there can be a delay of a few days.  It's always best to call us before placing your order to get a better idea on timing. 

As soon as your order ships out you will receive an email or text with tracking information.  If you ordered a sauna, then your order will be delivered via freight.  As soon as the freight delivery driver is close to your area they will give you a call to schedule delivery.  This is an opportunity for you and the delivery driver to pick a day and timeframe that works best for both of you.  If you have any issues getting your order delivered please do not hesitate to reach out to us at info@sunvalleysaunas.com. 

We offer free shipping on all orders.  Free shipping includes curbside delivery.  The delivery company will not put your order in your house or garage and they will not set it up for you. 

Damages:

Inspect the packaging of your order when you get it.  If you notice any damage make a note of the damage with the delivery driver, take pictures and reach out to us.  If your order arrived damaged we will provide replacement components free of charge.  

If your order is damaged to the point that it's not even worth it to keep it, please refuse delivery and we will send you out another item free of charge.  Again, it's best to take pictures in this situation.  

Auroom and Dundalk Leisurecraft - All Sales Final

To reiterate - all purchases of Auroom or Dundalk Leisurecraft saunas are final.  We cannot take returns of Auroom or Dundalk Leisurecraft saunas.
