Definition of LED Light
Visible light that appears as a result of electric current passing through a small semiconductor device called a light-emitting diode.
The light-emitting diode (LED) is typically included in a bulb or other lighting fixture.
They’re generally preferred in saunas since they can withstand high temperatures and moisture. Moreover, since LED lights are more energy-efficient than incandescent light bulbs, they won't use a lot of electrical power.
The fact that they emit light in a particular direction rather than all over also improves their efficiency.
To prevent overheating, an LED includes a heat sink that absorbs emitted heat and expends it to the surrounding environment.
