Near-Zero EMF
unit of measurement for electromagnetic fields
Definition of Near-Zero EMF
Non-ionizing radiation of approximately 1–3 mG at various inches away from the heating panels.
The closer you are to the heating panels the higher the EMF reading. Near-zero EMF is typically lower than ultra-low EMF.
For instance, when the EMF meter is placed about 1 inch from the heating panel, the reading is approximately 1.3 mG, and this reduces to about 0.6 mG at 3 inches away from the heating panels.
Some saunas with a near-zero EMF label include the Cardoba Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna and the Golden Designs Reserve Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna.
