Definition of Red Light
It’s lighting that emits low wavelengths of red or near-infrared light from light-emitting diodes (LEDs).
Red light typically has a maximum length of 650 nm and can penetrate about 4 mm into the skin. On the other hand, near-infrared light ranges between 600 and 980 nm and penetrates up to 5 mm in the skin.
They stimulate mitochondria cells and are associated with the following benefits:

- Improves oxygen delivery
