This is a big purchase. So I took my time and did a lot of research. I asked a lot of questions and the customer service was incredible. They were very patient with me through this process, never felt pressured, and we’re very helpful with all my concerns and detailed questions They definitely know the Product and provide many options for me. After shipment, they helped with a few concerns I had. They went above and beyond, and I am very grateful.

Convincing someone to workout daily as a very busy adult can seem next to impossible. Getting in the suana and relaxing 4-5x a week is much more realistic. If you’re a parent or working adult, you can relax while simultaneously taking your cardiovascular and overall health to the next level. Detoxification is important and the body has a hard time detoxing heavy metals, which is why the accumulate in our blood and tissues. You can take detoxification and your liver health to the next level. I highly recommend Sun Valley Saunas because they have high quality saunas that are made with real hemlock wood at affordable prices. We really enjoy our SunRay Southport Traditional 3-Person Indoor Sauna HL300SN and I would buy it again! Assembly is very easy. Thanks!

We absolutely love our new sauna. We use it at a minimum 4 times a week since we got it about a month ago. Some reviewers say it doesn’t get hot enough- we can’t believe how hot ours gets. We rarely let it get to the 150 degrees. It’s hot enough in the 130’s range. We love the different colored lights. The esthetic is amazing and it looks beautiful in our work out room. We often turn it on before a workout so it’s ready to go 30-40 minutes later. We put it together so fast without tools! If I had one suggestion, go up a size if you want more than one person. We got the three person and it fits my husband and I perfect. The two person would have been way too small. When I use it by myself, I’m able to put my feet up. Well worth the added cost to go bigger if you have the extra space. Highly recommend Sun Valley- I had a few questions (because I didn’t thoroughly read the directions!) and they were very responsive!

For those on the fence about buying from Sun Valley Saunas, I was in the same boat. I had been shopping for a wood burning sauna stove for a couple years before settling on a Harvia M3 from Sun Valley Sauna. My apprehension was not mostly with the brand of stove but the place of purchase, especially online. It's not like you can go to Lowes and pick up a sauna stove. I asked Wes numerous questions in chat over several instances and he always gave me an answer or was honest enough to simply say he did not know. Sun Valley communicated very well throughout the entire process from Q&A at the beginning to questions regarding specifics to shipping. Sun Valley had the best price I could find which made me cautious but it turned out the best choice I made. I don't know how big the company is but it felt like it was a smaller business where one would get more individualized attention (think hometown hardware store). The only thing I did notice was the shipping/arrival date was different than listed on website. The time of year that I ordered was near Thanksgiving so I do understand delivery companies get busy during that time. Make sure when you place an order for a stove that the delivery truck can operate at your location since this can be a fairly large product and may arrive on a pallet like mine did. Overall I was pleased enough to leave a review which I very, very, rarely do, but when a company exceeds expectations I feel it is warranted.

Shipping was a crap shoot. Contracted out to a company that isnt the best at communicating. However, arrived somewhat on time. Arrived in a crate, with all parts intact. Well packed. Pretty simple to install, recommend two people minimum. Directions are a bit ambiguous, but pretty easy to figure out. Overall use is excellent and use it daily!

This is the best decision to get this quality heater in my otherwise poorly built sauna. I’m in there every single day and absolutely ADORE THIS HEATER. It is very hot and the remote option is a dream… I set it before arriving home and jump in before bed. Highly recommend. The shipping was swift and worth every penny!!! Great customer service too! Next time I’ll get my SAUNA from this company as opposed to the one I chose… thank you for being on top of everything including the last minute help installing it.

I received this little sauna on a pallet/crate. Me and my partner were able to assemble the sauna easily in one day. The crate was damaged during the shipping process and therefor the bolts to secure the sauna straps were missing. I tried to resolve this through the seller and they tried to resolve it through the vendor. Unfortunately, no matter how hard we tried to have the vendor send the missing parts they refused. I was disappointed after spending more that $5000 on this sauna the vendor (Dundalk) would refuse to send missing parts of approximately $50 value. This is no fault of sun valley saunas, they actually compensated me for what I paid for getting the parts at a local hardware store. All that being said, I love the sauna and have been using it every day since I got it up and running. I have no regrets about this purchase or using Sun Valley Sauna to source the sauna. One thing I did not know about barrel saunas is the extreme temperature difference between the top of the sauna and the bottom. The sauna does not heat evenly. I have read some Reddit posts on how to make them heat more evenly, but I just purchased a couple of hand fans and that works for me. All in all, this is a great sauna, easy to assemble and have no regrets about the purchase. It gets me sweating!!

Amazing addition for our wintry lifestyle. Improves pain and circulation. So supportive for good health. Love listening to my favorite Bluetooth meditations while I sweat too.

We have been using our sauna for three weeks now and have been very happy with this particular unit. Setup was a breeze. Six pieces to put together and then the interior seat, foot warmer, and calf heater unit were all fairly simple to install. The sauna is very much a plug and play setup. Bluetooth will only connect to one device at a time and that was the only learning curve we experienced. The chromotherapy lighting is simple to use. Purchasing the sauna was straightforward and this was the best price I found and it was delivered to the house within a two week period. We would recommend.

It is so nice having a sauna in our home.
My wife used to pay for a gym that held her hot sauna classes and she now is able to do them at home without getting into the car to go. Can not recommend more. For the health benefits and you never know if the world will shut down again so great to know we have this at home to enjoy.

Sauna was delivered promptly and well packaged. No problems with assembly. The outside wood handle and radio mounting box were cracked from the factory. Also the benchtop was 1/4" too small. I was able to repair these things easy enough though. Unit works top-notch! I also tested EMF's. There are virtually no magnetic field readings in the sauna at all. There are some minimal electric fields which are to be expected. Nothing like some of the insane readings of units I witnessed on YouTube. Highly recommend this unit!

Take about 30 minutes to really heat up. Easy enough to set up and after almost a year, we still use it almost daily.

We just remodeled our master bathroom and realized we hadn’t used our huge space hog of a bathtub in over 2 years. We removed it and replaced it with this sauna. Best decision we’ve ever made. My husband and I both use it every day. It was so easy to assemble (took less than an hour) and customer service was fantastic! The sauna was set to deliver before we returned from vacation and they worked with us to deliver around our schedule. We are so happy with our purchase!
