Sauna Heaters

We finally broke in our new sauna! We love the FM/bluetooth feature. The soothing lights and the heat. Four people could easily fit in this sauna. We had our contractor put it together. It is in our finished basement. The first thing when I go downstairs is the fragrant smell of cedar. It is a great design. The customer service is great! I wouldn’t hesitate in buying other products that they offer. It is a great sauna for the design and price!

Delivery was efficient, driver communication was good, and he was friendly. Assembly wasn't overly challenging but definitely required two people. The sauna itself performs wonderfully heating up to 115 degrees or so within about 20 minutes making it easy to use regularly and very enjoyable. The red-light therapy and other chromotherapy lights are a great touch and enhance the overall experience. I love the Bluetooth and magazine/towel rack it also came with, & speakers are good. I would recommend this sauna and am very happy with my purchase!

Being of an older persuasion, with a lot of years on the “chassis” and maintaining a fairly intense fitness regime, we decided to buy a sauna. I looked around a bit and actually bought one from another company. When I emailed about my in progress order, I always got a response in the middle of the night. I am guessing it was from China. It turned out the estimated delivery of my sauna was pushed back by over a month.

I felt the vendor you purchased the unit from would be a major factor. If I had problems, I did not want to have to deal with timeframe or language differences. At this point, I contacted Sun Valley Saunas. I actually got a person on the phone. The woman gave me a tutorial on the sauna business in the U.S., including the fact all the lower dollar saunas sold here come from a handful of factories in China and basically come over on the same ships. (US and Euro saunas are double the money) That meant iI ordered from Sun Valley, my sauna would not arrive any sooner. Even so, the treatment I got from Sun Valley prompted me to cancel my order with the other company and buy one for Sun Valley. Unfortunately, someone started a bit of a trade war with China and my sauna sat there for another two months. During this time, Sun Valley kept us updated and assured me there would be no price increase.

The sauna arrived via ABF Freight. The driver put the 300 lb. pallet in my garage. The hardest part of the delivery and installation was the sauna sits on its side on the pallet. Fortunately, I have a block and tackle and was able to drop it on its side. After that, it was smooth sailing. My wife and I carried the pieces into our gym and I built in about an hour and ma half. The instructions are decent and the biggest pieces, the walls and door are actually secured by buckles. The rest of it with a few screws. This is great if you ever move.

So…..I fired it up to 130 to start, turned on the red light and linked the Bluetooth. In a 70 degree room it took very little time to get to temperature. I put on some “Indian Chill” on Spotify and climbed in. The sauna works great and is beautiful! I think we are going to be VERY happy with our purchase! There is a QR code on the unit so you can register it of it's warranty online.

This is a big purchase. So I took my time and did a lot of research. I asked a lot of questions and the customer service was incredible. They were very patient with me through this process, never felt pressured, and we’re very helpful with all my concerns and detailed questions They definitely know the Product and provide many options for me. After shipment, they helped with a few concerns I had. They went above and beyond, and I am very grateful.

Sauna arrived as expected and delivered well packed. Instructions were comprehensive and there were one set of lights not working, we emailed and they are shipping the part, no questions asked. All in all great experience all around

We absolutely love our new sauna. We use it at a minimum 4 times a week since we got it about a month ago. Some reviewers say it doesn’t get hot enough- we can’t believe how hot ours gets. We rarely let it get to the 150 degrees. It’s hot enough in the 130’s range. We love the different colored lights. The esthetic is amazing and it looks beautiful in our work out room. We often turn it on before a workout so it’s ready to go 30-40 minutes later. We put it together so fast without tools! If I had one suggestion, go up a size if you want more than one person. We got the three person and it fits my husband and I perfect. The two person would have been way too small. When I use it by myself, I’m able to put my feet up. Well worth the added cost to go bigger if you have the extra space. Highly recommend Sun Valley- I had a few questions (because I didn’t thoroughly read the directions!) and they were very responsive!

For those on the fence about buying from Sun Valley Saunas, I was in the same boat. I had been shopping for a wood burning sauna stove for a couple years before settling on a Harvia M3 from Sun Valley Sauna. My apprehension was not mostly with the brand of stove but the place of purchase, especially online. It's not like you can go to Lowes and pick up a sauna stove. I asked Wes numerous questions in chat over several instances and he always gave me an answer or was honest enough to simply say he did not know. Sun Valley communicated very well throughout the entire process from Q&A at the beginning to questions regarding specifics to shipping. Sun Valley had the best price I could find which made me cautious but it turned out the best choice I made. I don't know how big the company is but it felt like it was a smaller business where one would get more individualized attention (think hometown hardware store). The only thing I did notice was the shipping/arrival date was different than listed on website. The time of year that I ordered was near Thanksgiving so I do understand delivery companies get busy during that time. Make sure when you place an order for a stove that the delivery truck can operate at your location since this can be a fairly large product and may arrive on a pallet like mine did. Overall I was pleased enough to leave a review which I very, very, rarely do, but when a company exceeds expectations I feel it is warranted.
