Product Warranties

Sun Valley Saunas and our manufacturers and suppliers stand behind the products we sell 100%.  We only sell high quality saunas that are made to last for years and years.  However, if you experience defects in the workmanship or materials of the sauna you purchased each of our suppliers offers warranties on their products. 

Golden Designs, Maxxus Saunas and Dynamic Saunas all come with a five year manufacturers warranty.

SunRay Saunas come with a seven year manufacturer's warranty. 

In addition to the warranties described above Sun Valley Saunas also guarantees the workmanship and parts of all saunas and products we sell (except consumables - see below) we carry for up to ten years from the date you receive your sauna. If anything on your sauna needs to be replaced (including all wood components and electronics) we will cover the cost to replace it, or send you a replacement part, and we will cover any reasonable labor costs you incur. 

Consumable products like heating elements and sauna rocks are not covered under warranty as these items need to be replaced every few years depending on how often you use your sauna.
