Product Warranties
Sun Valley Saunas and our manufacturers and suppliers stand behind the products we sell. We only sell high quality saunas that are made to last for years and years. However, if you experience defects in the workmanship or materials of the sauna you purchased each of our suppliers offers warranties on their products. And if there are any issues that the manufacturer won't cover, our Sun Valley Saunas 10 Year Warranty fills in the gaps, with the exception of consumable items like heating elements and sauna stones (see below).
Sun Valley Saunas 10 Year Warranty
In addition to the warranties provided by the manufacturers and brands we represent, Sun Valley Saunas also guarantees the workmanship and parts of all saunas and products we sell (except consumables - see below) for up to ten years from the date you receive your sauna. If anything on your sauna needs to be replaced (including all wood components and electronics) we will cover the cost to replace it, or send you a replacement part, and we will cover any reasonable labor costs you incur.
Consumable products like heating elements and sauna rocks are not covered under warranty as these items need to be replaced every few years depending on how often you use your sauna.
