Saunum 2 Year Warranty
Saunum warrants its sauna climate devices against material and manufacturing defects for two (2) years in a private sauna, and one (1) year in a public or commercial sauna, from the date of delivery.
Two conditions matter for a claim: the device must be connected to power by a qualified electrician, and a completed installation report must be submitted with the claim. The warranty does not cover routine maintenance, normal wear and tear, damage from improper installation or misuse, or sauna stones and salt balls.
Every Saunum product we sell is also covered by our Sun Valley Saunas 10 Year Warranty, which covers workmanship and parts (excluding consumables like heating elements and sauna stones) for up to ten years.
