SunRay Saunas Warranty
SunRay warrants its saunas against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship as follows:
- Structure: 7 years from the date of purchase. Covers the wooden sauna panels, flooring, ceiling and glass (parts only).
- Parts and electronics: 1 year. Covers the heaters and electrical components (parts only; labor is not covered).
SunRay saunas are for residential use only, and the warranty applies to the original customer at the original delivery address. Surface cracks and minor blemishes in the wood are normal characteristics of natural wood and are not considered defects.
Every SunRay sauna we sell is also covered by our Sun Valley Saunas 10 Year Warranty, which covers workmanship and parts (excluding traditional heater elements and sauna rocks) for up to ten years, including the heaters and electronics after SunRay's 1-year coverage ends.
