Scandia Warranty

Scandia warrants its sauna heaters for 10 years on the heater shell and 1 year on parts, including the heating elements, thermostat, timer and other electrical components. In commercial locations, Scandia provides a one-year warranty on the unit.

A few conditions apply:

• Sauna rooms with a ceiling height over 8 feet (96") void the heater warranty.
• Gas heaters must be installed by a licensed HVAC professional.
• The warranty doesn't cover neglect, alteration, misuse or accidents.

Every Scandia heater we sell is also covered by our Sun Valley Saunas 10 Year Warranty, which covers workmanship and parts (excluding heating elements and sauna rocks) for up to ten years.
