Delivered & installed

Finally delivered..I’m sure weather and road conditions had something to do with it. Assembly was a breeze, parts were clearly labeled and weight of panels were quite manageable. Looks and works just as described.quite content with it.

Henry - I am so sorry your sauna has not been delivered yet. There are major supply chain issues right now, and now there is a shortage of delivery drivers. Unfortunately this has caused a lot of delays that are really really frustrating and out of our control. Spa works great, install was easy, outdoor saunas are not waterproof

We orderd this a month ago. Took a while to arrive which uderstandable given the current situation and holidays. Install was easy but definitely need 2 people. Sauna works great. The only issue I have is that we ordered the outdoor sauna thinking that it would be built to be in the weather, at least waterproof. The roof sections come in 2 pieces with the seam being in the middle. They supply a cap piece but it definitely is not waterproof. I was concerned since all of the electronics are in the roof section and if it rained everything would get wet. Pretty easy work around, I put silcone all around the top edge where the seam and gaps were. I then put a tarp over the roof and screwed it in. It kind of makes it look a little uglier than the wood roof but better safe than sorry. All in all the waterproofing cost me about $40 and took an hour. They do supply a cover with the unit and maybe they were thinking to cover it when not in use. That's not very practical. Maybe the covers have doors that zip, I honestly haven't opened it yet
