Sun Valley Saunas 10 Year Warranty

In addition to the warranties described above Sun Valley Saunas also guarantees the workmanship and parts of all saunas and products we sell (except consumables - see below) we carry for up to ten years from the date you receive your sauna. If anything on your sauna needs to be replaced (including all wood components and electronics) we will cover the cost to replace it, or send you a replacement part, and we will cover any reasonable labor costs you incur. 

Consumable products like heating elements and sauna rocks are not covered under warranty as these items need to be replaced every few years depending on how often you use your sauna. 

KOHLER® Sauna Limited Warranty

Kohler Co. warrants all KOHLER Brand sauna accessories included with the sauna or purchased separately to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for one (1) year from the date of purchase or the date of delivery (if later than the date of purchase) as long as the original purchaser owns the Product, with all other terms of this warranty applying except duration. 

Kohler Co. will, at its election, repair or replace defective Product that is covered by this warranty where Kohler Co. inspection discloses any such defects occurring in normal usage. Damage caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty.

Damage caused by improper installation, alteration to the product, or negligence is not covered by this warranty. The warranty does not include damage from normal weathering and wear-and-tear, improper use or assembly, weather events, incorrect electrical connections, not following manufacturer recommendations, improper stone placement, or
corrosion that results from being near saltwater or the use of hard water. The warranty does not cover heater stones or electrician costs incurred from any warranty claims. Improper care, cleaning, or maintenance will void the warranty. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Kohler Co. with all warranty claims. Kohler Co. is not
responsible for removal, installation, labor charges, or other incidental or consequential costs. In no event shall the liability of Kohler Co. exceed the purchase price of the product.

If you believe that you have a warranty claim, contact Kohler Co., either through your Dealer, Plumbing Contractor, Home Center or E-tailer, or by writing Kohler Co. Attn: Customer Care Center, 444 Highland Drive, Kohler, WI 53044, USA. Please be sure to provide all pertinent information regarding your claim, including a complete description of the problem, the product, model number, color, finish, the date the product was purchased and from whom the product was purchased. Also include your proof of purchase (original sales receipt).
