Shipping & Returns

This sauna requires delivery by appointment and the sauna arrives packed on a wooden pallet. The driver is responsible for “curbside delivery only” and will lower the items to ground level. Prior to shipping this product, we often contact customers to share shipment details and discuss any extenuating delivery circumstances that may complicate or cause additional delivery expenses.

Warranty

Very happy! Finnmark FD-1 Full Spectrum Sauna

I did a ton of extensive research on all infrared saunas before buying the FD-1 and am so glad I did. I ultimately went with this one because it fit easily in the 42" space I had built out (sauna is 38" wide), it had some of the best and lowest EMF testing (NASA) of any infrared sauna, it's full spectrum, and gets hotter than most with more efficiency. We're incredibly happy with it so far. Sun Valley was great, shipped quick and packaged well. I had one slight issue where we connected one of the cables incorrectly and they were immediately responsive and helpful. Really easy to setup - probably took 1.5 hrs with my daughter but could be done quicker. Only have used a couple of times so far but it's amazing! No negatives whatsoever so far and worth spending the money for a more quality brand and model.
