The Golden Designs Catalonia 8-Person Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna is a full spectrum, near zero EMF sauna with room for up to eight people. It has 20 heaters in total: 16 PureTech™ near zero EMF far infrared carbon panels, which measure under 3 mG two to three inches from the panels, and 4 near infrared elements. It's built from natural reforested Canadian Hemlock, with a bronze tempered glass door, chromotherapy lighting with galaxy star lighting and two reading lamps, and Bluetooth with built-in speakers. It runs on a 240V, 30 amp circuit, so plan on an electrician.

Your sauna ships via freight carrier — a more personalized delivery experience than standard parcel shipping, with scheduled appointments and hands-on coordination. Here's what to expect:

1. Pick Up From Warehouse (Days 1-3)

Once your order is placed we request a freight carrier to pick up your sauna from our Southern California distribution center. We use all of the major freight carriers, including Saia, Estes Express, Custom Companies and ACF Freight. Pick up usually happens within 1-3 business days.

2. Transit to Your Local Terminal (Days 3-8)

Your sauna travels to the freight terminal closest to you. Once it arrives, the carrier will call you directly to schedule a delivery appointment — your sauna won't be delivered without one. Depending on your location, a last-mile carrier with a smaller truck may handle the final leg. We'll let you know if that's the case.

3. Delivery Day (Days 8-10)

On your scheduled date, the carrier will arrive with your sauna and lower it off the truck via liftgate, placing it at your driveway or as close to your home as your space allows. Free shipping includes curbside delivery.

When your sauna arrives, take a moment to inspect the packaging before signing. If you notice any damage, note it on the delivery receipt and email us photos at info@sunvalleysaunas.com — we'll handle it from there.
