The SunRay Saunas Burlington 2-Person Outdoor Infrared Sauna HL200D is a wonderful 2 person outdoor infrared sauna that doesn't take up too much space and works well in a backyard or patio.
With deep bench seating, this outdoor infrared sauna heats up using seven ceramic infrared heaters and gets to temperature really fast! Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@sunvalleysaunas.com.
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to returns@sunvalleysaunas.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Returns:
Return Policy
You can return any SunRay Saunas item within 30 days from the shipping date when it leaves the warehouse if the item is brand new and uninstalled. The item should be in its new and original condition (including: packaging, manuals, accessories, original crate, etc.). Refunds will be processed within 3 business days from the time the return is received at the warehouse. Due to the high risk of damage when shipped back to the warehouse, you must package the product the same way you received it including any shrink wrap, tape and form. This will help prevent damages back to us. Damaged packages due to poor packaging may result in a restocking fee of up to 25%.
The customer must pay all costs related to original shipping and return shipping even if shipping was free. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and less a restocking fee of 15%.
Defective Products Policy
Please open and inspect all items once they arrive. You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to notify us of any broken or defective items. If you receive a broken or defective product please call SunRay Saunas at 1-800-976-5530. Defective or broken items will be replaced or repaired at no charge once we receive notification of the defect or damage. After 30 days, any broken or defective items will be covered under the standard SunRay Saunas warranty policy.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours if the order has not been shipped yet. Most orders are normally shipped out within 24 hours. If you cancel the order after the order has been shipped out you will be charged the for the original and return shipping charges and any re-consignment fees imposed by the trucking company.
All canceled orders will be credited in the original form of payment used when the order was placed.

If you find another online store that offers a lower price then us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. How is my sauna packaged?
SunRay Saunas contain wooden panels that are pre-packaged in cardboard boxes and then placed on a wooden pallet to ensure the sauna arrives without damage. The cardboard boxes can be removed from the pallet and will fit through any door size 24” or greater.
Does my sauna come pre-assembled?
They do not come pre-assembled, but they come with easy instructions for assembly. On average you should expect 2-4 hours to assemble the sauna from unpacking it to turning it on.
Are any special tools needed to assemble the sauna?
No, all you need is a phillips head screwdriver or a drill with a phillips head drill bit.
Can I plug my sauna into a standard outlet?
Yes, you can. This sauna has a 120V, 20 Amp plug.
How long does it take to heat up?
This sauna takes about 20 minutes to fully heat up.
How do I clean my sauna?
Unplug the sauna and ensure it's cool before cleaning. To clean the wooden interior mix 3 teaspoons of baking soda into a gallon of warm water. Use a towel to wipe down the interior with the baking soda and water mixture. Then wipe the sauna down with a wet towel and let dry. The glass in your sauna can be cleaned with standard glass cleaner. If you have an outdoor sauna, use a standard garden hose on a low/mist setting to wash out the interior. Make sure to leave the door open so the sauna can dry.
How often should I clean my sauna?
If you're using the sauna regularly, cleaning the sauna once every 2-3 months is best practice.
What is the warranty on this sauna?
All SunRay Saunas come with a 7 year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for 7 years. Contact 1-800-976-5530 if you have any issues with your SunRay sauna.
7 YEAR WARRANTY
SunRay Saunas carry a 7-Year Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. For warranty claims please complete and detach the warranty registration card below and send it along with a valid sales receipt to the warranty claims department address below. You can also contact our warranty claim department at warranty@sunraysaunas.com.
The 7-Year SunRay Warranty covers the entire structure of the sauna including the heating elements. The radio is covered by a limited 1-Year Warranty. If the warranty claims department determines that the sauna must be returned, it must be returned with a receipt showing date of purchase, purchase price, and the dealer from which the sauna was purchased. No warranty claim will be honored without a receipt.
Warranty claims will only be resolved with the repair of the current product or shipment of a replacement product.
Improper use or installation or damage resulting from acts of nature is not covered under the sauna warranty.
No other warranties expressed or implied shall be in effect in lieu of the 7-Year Warranty and no responsibility is assumed for present or future damage due to misuse. SunRay indoor saunas are intended for INDOOR USE. Use of SunRay Saunas outdoors voids the warranty.
Do not use lacquers, paints or abrasive cleaners on the sauna. Do not place the sauna on non-approved surfaces or in outdoor applications.
Surface cracks are not considered defects in material or workmanship, as they are considered normal characteristics of all wood.

My sauna arrived broken on the back panel and without a plug. Nowhere on the website does it say plug not included. I have no idea how to handle installing a plug and the customer service person at luxury bath was pretty rude about it saying “well it wasn’t advertised to have a plug.” What sane person assumes a plug is sold separately? Guess I’ll be shelling out a couple hundred bucks to get an electrician to help me. I was offered store credit for the broken panel but I won’t be buying anything from this place again.
